How to book ?

Contact us, by e-mail or telephone(00.334.66.80.39.52), to know availability.
--- Print the booking form for pitches or for accomodations and fill up. Then send it back to us by post, with a deposit cheque (25% of the total sum) at this address:
Camping l'Olivier---Route de Congénies---30250 Junas---France.

Possibility of immediate payment of the deposit by credit card.

A confirmation (with complete inventory and a plan for access) will be transmitted to you thereafter.

Booking conditions :

The reservation becomes effective after receiving of the deposit and the booking form. Then ,we will send you a receipt and a confirmation. In high-season (01/07 - 27/08), the minimum duration for booking is seven days.

For pitches : bookings are from midday on the day of arrival to midday on the day of depature.

For accomodation : bookings are from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure.

A complete inventory will be provided to you at the time of the confirmation of reservation (and on request if you wish it)

Customers undertake to respect and make respect by the one who came with the campsite rules. Customers must be in possession of a valid insurance to cover liability. The accomodation shall be used only by the persons listed below. A booking is nominative and cannot be given in without the agreement of the manager.

Payement :

For pitches : a deposit of 25% at booking(50% for week-end), the balance will be paid at the latest on the day before the departure.

For accomodation : a deposit of 25% at booking, the balance will be paid at arrival. A guarantee will be required when delivery of the keys, it will be send on to you at the latest 48 hours after your departure.

We accept the payments by french cheques, species, cheques vacances, transfers, paypal, visa cards, mastercards.

We can propose to you a contract of insurance cancellation via the FFCC. Do not hesitate with us to ask it the reservation.

Cancellation :

- Until 60 days before the date of arrival, the whole of the deposit will be paid back.
- Between 60 and 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be paid back.
- Under 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is not returnable.

The file expenses -10€- will not be paid back.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, there will not be any repayment. For want of message by the client stating that he had to postpone the date of arrival, the pitch or the accomodation becomes available two days after the date of arrival (at midday) mentionned on the booking form and the deposit is not returnable.
